Job description
- Monitor and do labor contract, health insurance, social insurance and employee benefits
- Attendance, payroll, manage annual leave, monitor employee health check
- Organize company events (travel, party, company year-end, ...)
- Drafting company documents and regulations and answering questions, complaints, and annual employee capacity assessment.
- Planning and organizing, managing human resource recruitment. Plan appropriate policies to attract and retain talented people for the company
- Develop salary and bonus regulations according to KPIs, remuneration and welfare policies
- Together with the Director to propose building rules, discipline, building a system of rules, processes, regulations for the Company, and supervising the implementation of the above rules.
- Advise and propose to the Director to promptly amend and supplement the company's documents in accordance with civil law, corporate law, labor law and sub-law documents.
- Details of the work will be discussed in detail at the interview.
Request:
- Education level: College or higher
- Specialization in training: Human Resource Management, Business Administration
- Work experience: Priority experience> = 1 year
