Job description
- Take care of existing customer orders
- Coordinate with relevant departments to quote, plan, time and schedule the orders you are in charge of.
- Work directly with customers: Negotiate and negotiate contracts
- Receive, transfer or handle arising issues of charge orders.
- Work with the subcontractor / construction workshop you are in charge of
- Complete the application for acceptance and finalization
- Handling construction permits in wards / buildings (if any)

Request:
- Education level: College or higher
- Specialization in training: Business Administration, Marketing, Finance

- Construction site survey
- Propose construction plans and measures, coordinate with relevant departments to plan construction plans and progress
- Supervise the construction of the works to ensure the correct quantity, quality and schedule are executed, coordinate the construction teams in the project under their charge
- Receive, transfer and handle arising problems at the site.
- Responsible for the volume acceptance test with customers / subcontractors
- Apply for permission to construct at ward / building (if any)
- Other jobs arise under the management of the manager.
